Anyone seen the provocatively shocking movie "Fatal Attraction"? A mid-life professional unsatisfied with his wife and current life pursues an adulterous relationship. At first, it is racey, exciting, and seemingly fulfilling. But when he has had his fill, he tries to end it. Reality hits and the adulterous woman demands much more than the middle aged professional is willing to give. She uncovers the affair and demands his love and attention at the price of his family's lives. She was willing to go to any length to keep him. What was once fulfilling and exciting becomes destructive and a living hell.
What an unbelievable picture of life. It is a perfect picture of a wife versus an adulterous woman. Marriage demands love, but so does the adulterous woman. (He, of course was the adulterer also) So what is the difference? Any thoughts? Do you think this has truth beyond marriage?
