Joshie's Birthday

Today we celebrate Joshua's birthday. Josh is our fourth child. He is now 6. To know Josh is to love him. He is always ready to give you a smile, a hug, or one of his toys. (not quite as generous with the younger brothers, but that is changing) The joy I get when he comes out of his bedroom early in the morning so he is the first to give dad some love is almost overwhelming and definitely something I look forward to each day. I think the Father may feel the same way. He can't wait for our love to come His way each day. And He can't wait to love on us. What an amazing connection. Love. It is who God is. Don't let anyone fool you. God is not mad at you. He does get angry when we don't love ourselves or each other. But that lasts long enough to move Him to gently help us change our course back to love. Wow. Being an athiest would really suck!
